After much wrangling, managed to get paperback pre-orders up through Ingram Spark. They make wide distribution available to retailers (online and brick-and-mortar) other than Amazon – most bookstores will not buy from their biggest competitor/near monopoly.

So you can now pre-order the paperback from indie champion Bookshop.org, Barnes & Noble, Amazon or even better, directly at your favorite indie bookstore.

(For now the only ebook option is Amazon Kindle – wide distribution probably later this year.)
